In 2010, he founded Longqing Jiuyi, engaging in the import and franchise of Australian red wine. In 2013, he established Yade Qianhai International Business Center, providing consulting services for financial, modern logistics, and service industries to settle in Qianhai. Mr. Lin is the former President of腾龙 Youth Chamber of Commerce and former Vice President of Junior Chamber International Hong Kong. Currently, he serves as Executive Vice Chairman of Yunfu Hong Kong and Macao Youth Exchange Association, Vice Chairman of Guangxi-Hong Kong Youth Exchange Association, and Vice Chairman of Jiangxi-Hong Kong-Taiwan Youth Exchange Association. Mr. Lin is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a Hong Kong Accountant, a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.
