Kwan Tak-yan is currently an Executive Director of Hong Kong Training Group and FCI Property. He launched a practical property investment course in 2009 and organized investment teams focusing on residential properties, commercial shops, and industrial buildings. Over the years, he has run 38 sessions of the course, with a total of 1,910 students. Moreover, through various real estate investment teams, he has raised more than 100 million yuan, achieving an annual return of over 25%. He was awarded the Creative Entrepreneurship Award in 2012 and launched a Chinese property investment course in early 2014. In addition, Kwan Tak-yan is passionate about public welfare. Since 2003, he has been promoting the development of young leaders through Junior Chamber International (JCI) for 12 consecutive years. He currently serves as the Legal Advisor of the Junior Chamber International Hong Kong National Organization.
